Clickable County Map of UK and Eire 2009
Basic version 486px x 587px (not including Bristol or Rutland)
I create clickable maps per project specifically for css/html based websites using my software.
The map of the British Isles above is just one example, it has every county mapped with numerous coordinates, it can be colorised in anyway or can be plain. The backgound can suit your website but the height and width will remain 486px x 587px. Use your imagination and you will be able to conceive the placement of this clickable map into your website. Each ‘hotspot’ can be clickable to go straight to an url/address of your choice, you only have to enter the web page address into the code.
The image itself…although fixed at 486px x 587px can be edited quickly with the editable Photoshop PSD file. The file has all the elements on separate layers, counties, regions, countries…. so you don’t have to spend hours tracing the borders. Just change the colours add some drop shadow and you have your own clickable map for your website directory.
