1. Javascript WZ Tooltip (optional) by Walter Zorn. WZ Tooltip improves the look of the ‘title’ tags. Much better than the default.
The bg.gif in the root folder is the default background image for the Tooltip display.
Change or edit this image to suit your own preference.

2. MapHilight JQuery Plugin by David Lynch

This is essential for the hilight behaviour of this map and its coordinates.
Use the settings in files/maphilight.js to customise the mouseover behaviour for the plugin.
